In the mailing and printing industry, time is money. The opportunity cost of being down is often greater then the repair cost. For this reason, MCS has developed the Hot Swap program for our customers. The engineering of most of our products makes it very easy to replace components in the field without a technician.
How the Program Works
Once you have worked with a MCS technician to determine that you need a Hot Swap of a component, fill out the Hot Swap request form and call Dave Moser at 301-556-5025 or e-mail him at dave.moser@mcspro.com Please get an e-mail acknowledgement from Dave before assuming a components is being sent.
