MCS Inc. supports its products both over the phone and on-site with a professional technical support staff managed by Larry Kyle. Larry has been in mail production for over 13 years, with his last position before coming to MCS being the Head mechanic at DA Lewis, a formally large mail shop in the Philadelphia area.

Our technicians are almost all from the mailing and printing industry, with a mechanical and production background. This helps us install and support our equipment on other companies equipment.

MCS uses a dispatch service to help track all telephone service calls. Customers call into our dispatch service where the call is logged. Once a call is logged, an e-mail goes to all the technicians for a call back. If no technician responds with a return e-mail acknowledging the call within 15 minutes, another e-mail goes out to escalate the call to Larry Kyle. Please start all new telephone service calls through the dispatch line so we can track them.
